Marissa L. Sites is a Native of Tucson. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona, as well as the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. After graduating from law school, Marissa returned to Tucson and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Terry L. Chandler at the Pima County Juvenile and Superior Courts. Marissa gained litigation and negotiation experience as an attorney at the Pima County Attorney and Public Defender's Offices. She also worked in the corporate legal department at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. There, Marissa gained experience in labor and employment law.
As an Associate at Karp & Weiss, Marissa primarily practices in the civil arena representing parties in uncontested and contested probate matters involving decedents' estates as well as adult and minor guardianships and conservatorships. Marissa also represents minors in juvenile delinquency matters as well as minors, parents and grandparents in dependency and severance matters.
